The best blog specific Search Engine by far is Technorati (http://www.technorati.com) particularly if you are looking to explore what blogs are out there or want to find blogs covering a certain topic or business sector. The main reason is that it not only gives details of the blog but also all the blogs which link to it which allows you to widen your search into similar blogs. You might also follow the links in the Blogroll or Recommended Blogs which most blogs have - this should give you new blogs that the author believes it would be worthwhile visiting. Other search engines to check are Icerocket and Google's own Blog Specific one (links below). Small Business blogs come in all shapes and sizes so difficult to point out ones which you might find 'good'. However, there is a guy called Brian Brown who has been writing a site called Pajama Market for a year or so looking at a small business blog every day. You might find his site a good starting point.
