What blogs are best to use for advertsing my business?

I have an opening blurb introducing a useful article, and an ending blurb, after the article, both with the business contact information, so they are in fact, 'ads',...where can I post this everyday and not be breaking any rules?

1. Blogs are yours to do as you wish. Wordpress.com and Blogger.com are the top 2. Blogger gives you a bar on top, Wordpress doesn't. I personally use Wordpress yet have turned the blogs into web sites.
